1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Reffie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
2. Service description
Reffie is a software-as-a-service platform for referee scheduling, league management, and live game operations for amateur sports organizations.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Organization administrators are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for the conduct of users they invite.
4. Payments
Organization subscriptions are billed through Stripe Recurring Payments on the plan you select. Referee payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. By using Reffie you also agree to the applicable Stripe terms. Fees, taxes, and refund policies are described on our pricing page and in any order form.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or probe the service, no uploading of malicious content, and no use that infringes the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
Reffie and its software, branding, and content are owned by Reffie Technologies and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data your organization enters into the service, and grant Reffie the rights necessary to operate and improve the service.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reffie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction selected by Reffie Technologies, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The specific governing jurisdiction will be set following counsel review.
